Rates and Fees

Packages with a CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) declared value of USD $100 or greater will be subject to a mandatory customs duty charge. Additionally, the item will be assessed based on the type of item being imported.

Packages exceeding the 30-day free period will incur a storage fee of J$ 650 per package per month. These charges are applied on the 1st day of the following month.

All packages under US $100, regardless of the dimensions or weight will attract a processing fee of J$ 185. Packages with a declared value of US $100 or greater may attract additional processing fees.

All packages delivered outside of the free delivery area of KSAC and Saint Catherine will attract a delivery fee of J$650. Parishes outside of this will be handled by Knutsford Express at a rate of J$850 up to 10 lbs. For cargo exceeding 10 lbs please contact us for a local delivery quote. Deliveries will only be scheduled after invoice payment has been made.

Packages which contain incomplete or inadequate information which inhibites the successfull delivery of package will attracts a flat rate fee of J$ 250

For packages weighing over 8lbs, a handling fee of J$750 will be applied to your order. This additional charge covers the increased costs associated with the manual labor, specialized equipment, and careful processing required to safely manage heavier, bulkier items. The fee ensures your shipment continues to receive the same high standard of care from our warehouse to your door.
